Thank you for shopping with Fast Life Products. Because our products ship from multiple warehouse locations and include freight-delivered items, please review the policy below before placing your order.
Garage Floor Tiles (30-Day Returns)
Garage tiles may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- unused
- uninstalled
- in original packaging
- in resellable condition
Approved returns are subject to:
- a 15% restocking fee
- return shipping arranged by the customer
To request a return, contact us before sending items back.
Cabinets (Final Sale)
Garage cabinet systems are final sale due to their size, weight, and freight-shipping requirements.
However, if your cabinets arrive with shipping damage or missing components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will assist with replacement parts or resolution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours for tiles or 30 days for cabinets and include:
- your order number
- clear photos or video of the issue
- a photo of the packaging
We will review the claim and arrange replacement parts or another appropriate solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the delivery provider. However, we will assist customers in opening carrier investigations when possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly after placement and cannot be guaranteed to be modified or cancelled once submitted.
